once or twice a day- usually about 3 in the afternoon and before I go to sleep in bed (alone, of course, since sex is non-existent in my house)

I'm in the same boat as Paul. In a relationship with plenty of sex and no urge to "spank it". When we're apart for any long period of time I guess I go to once a day at the end of the day.
